Additional Notes:

All of your Account History and E-Statements will be available in the new Online Banking system. Once you’ve logged into the new system, make sure all of your accounts are displayed and your personal information and preferences are set up properly.

Please note, any Account Alerts set up in the old system will not be available in the new Online Banking system. It’s easy to set up your Account Alerts and more Account Alert options will be available; click the Alert button and follow the prompts.

Our Bill Pay service is not changing. There will be no changes to your payees and payment history. As an added benefit, Bill Pay users will automatically have access to Popmoney® personal payment service. For details, watch the Popmoney® tutorial.

First Time Login Instructions:

The first time you log into the new Online Banking system, please follow the steps below.

– User ID: Your current user ID will stay the same; however, to log in you must enter your user ID in all lower case letters. For example, if your user ID is JohnDoe22, enter it as johndoe22.

– Password: Enter the letters “anb” followed by the last four digits of the “login Owner’s” Social Security number. For example, a husband and wife may share a single user ID and password, but the wife originally enrolled the account in Online Banking and her Social Security number is 123-45-6789. The password to be entered would be anb6789.

– New Password: The system will automatically ask you to change your password. New passwords must be between 8 and 17 characters and contain at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character (for example, @, !, $, &, #, or %).

– Security Enrollment: Complete the Security Enrollment Information.
