Customer Service Representative

: Beaver Dam Wal-mart Supercenter branch
                 120 Frances Lane, Beaver Dam


Status: Part-time hourly position

Hours: Hours vary between 20 - 25 hours per week.  Hours worked include late mornings, afternoons, early evenings and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).  The days worked can be somewhat flexible, to accommodate the person's personal schedule; however, working every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for representing the bank through actively cross-selling products and services, interacting with the public within the aisles of the Wal-mart store, and servicing the needs of the branch's customers by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and desire to interact with the public in a retail setting
  • Ability to identify customer needs  & refer bank products and services
  • At least 1 year previous cash handing & customer service experience
  • bilingual abilities a plus
