What is UChoose Rewards?

With our UChoose Rewards program, you'll earn points each time you use your American National Bank Visa Debit Card on a PINLESS (sign for your purchase/credit, or use your card online) transaction.  The points you earn can then be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise, travel, event tickets and MORE!

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $2.00 you spend on a PINLESS Transaction (sign for your purchase or use your card online)

Plus, you can earn even more points when you shop at participating retailers. Choose to shop in-store at national or local retailers or online through www.uchooserewards.com. When shopping in store, select credit and sign for your purchases.

Where can I earn points?

You earn points everywhere your card is accepted.

When can I redeem my points?

You may begin redeeming points once your "total points available" are 2500 or more. 

It can take up to 40 days for your points to be credited to your account. Once your points are credited, you can redeem for any number of amazing items. Simply look for your “Total Points Available for Redemption” on the Point Details page to see how many points you have available for redemption.

Can I share points with family members?

Yes, all cards within an account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple accounts with The American National Bank, you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Visit the “Profile” page to link more accounts to your program.

What can I redeem my points for?

It’s your choice! You can choose from millions of options, whether it’s products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, gift cards, or more! Simply visit the “Redeem Points” page and click on the category that suits your interests.

We keep track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you’re looking for when you’re ready to redeem. We even have a Wish List that will help you track when you’ve earned enough to redeem a specific item.

Where can I view my point activity?

You can access the history of your point activity on the “Point Details” page.

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points are not showing up?

It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 30 days, use the Contact Us page for further assistance.

When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one The American National Bank has on file for me?

No, for security reasons you can only ship your redemption to the address that The American National Bank has on file for you. If you need to update or change your address, please contact us at 920-885-2700 for assistance.

Can points be redeemed at the point of purchase or can they only be redeemed online?

You can only redeem points online through UChoose.

If I am close to having enough points to redeem, can I purchase the balance of the points needed?

Yes, through an advanced check out enhancement you will have the opportunity to purchase points to complete your redemption during the checkout process if you wish.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is ever lost or stolen and a replacement card is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register on the website with your new card.

How much does it cost to participate?

There’s NO cost. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for all American National Bank cardholders, so start shopping and earning today.
