It’s that time of year for our annual
trip to see the Milwaukee Brewers swing the bat at another formidable opponent
in an afternoon game.
Who will they play and on what day, you might ask.
Well, that has yet to be determined.
The Brewers have not released their schedule for the
2010 season.
We’ll choose a game just as soon as the scheduling becomes
available.
As always, lunch is included prior to the game!

Southwest Wisconsin Treasures
~ Tuesday, September 14, 2010
Our southwestern Wisconsin adventure
begins with a tour of the Central House/Boscobel Hotel and Boscobel Depot
Museum.
A National Register of Historic Places, we’ll discover how
the Central House/Boscobel Hotel became known as the “birthplace of the Gideon
Bible”. After an included lunch, we’re off to
Villa Louis in Prairie Du Chien, an elegant 1870’s estate that reflects the
Dousman family’s rise to wealth and leisure.
The estate officially became a Wisconsin Historic
Site in 1950. Our next stop is Shihata Orchard in
Prairie Du Chien.
Here we can purchase some apples and browse their
beautiful orchard, and if the weather has been kind to growers, we may be right
on time to take home some perfect Honey Crisp Apples! Our final destination is a tour of the
Wollersheim Winery in Prairie Du Sac.
After the tour, there will be time to sample some of
their wines in the tasting room.
After the tasting, we can stop in the wine and gift
shop and purchase a bottle or two of your favorite vintage.
Tour Cost Per Person: $60
Door County Lighthouse Tour and Fish Boil
~ Wednesday, October 6, 2010
This morning we head north for a day of
fall splendor in beautiful Door County.

navigate us to Door County’s most treasured lighthouses.
Experience these majestic landmarks, tucked away in
the Peninsula’s hidden bays and coves.
This tour is scheduled to include the following:
Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, Cana Island Lighthouse,
Range Lights Lighthouse and Cana Station Lighthouse.
Top this tour off with a fabulous, authentic fish
boil lunch and we’re in for a day that won’t soon be forgotten.
We’re even hoping that Mother Nature will give us an
added bonus of typical fall Wisconsin weather where the trees will be at their
peak of autumnal beauty!!

Branson Holiday of a Lifetime
~ November 8 – 13, 2010 (6 Days / 8 Meals)
This ain’t your average Branson tour,
that’s for certain.
This Branson tour is jam-packed with all the names
that have made Branson THE holiday tour destination! On this “tour of a
lifetime” we’ll see the Andy Williams Christmas Show.
We’ve watched Andy’s Christmas show for decades on
TV; this year we see it live and in person! It is one of the most beautifully
choreographed and musically arranged holiday events in Branson.
We’ll also see the Hughes Brothers.
These handsome and talented brothers and their
antics add a certain boy-like charm to this show which electrifies the Christmas
season.
But this show isn’t just about the brothers, we also get to
enjoy performances by their wives and children, making this a true family
endeavor.
Then there’s the handsome Irish crooner
himself, Danny O’Donnell.
Danny’s shows have become a Branson staple with the
melodic tones of his voice leaving his audience swooning and wanting more.
Shoji Tabuchi is also on our itinerary.
Shoji, his wife Dorothy and their daughter Christina
have been delighting Branson audiences for years. It is hard to tell which is
more awe-inspiring – their fantastic show or the theatre that is almost a
phenomenon in itself … often called the “Showplace of Branson”.
We also take in Yakov Smirnoff’s
Christmas Show.
Enjoy Yakov’s hilarious comedy as the halls are
decked with boughs of holly.
Festive stage sets and special holiday humor add to
the enjoyment of the season with this Christmas extravaganza.
We also enjoy Christmas with “Branson’s
First Family”, the Baldknobbers.
“Deck the Halls” with the side-splitting comedy of
Stub Meadows and Hargus Marcel.
Add sidekick Droopy Drawers, Jr. and you have the
ticket for great Yule tide fun.
Tour Cost
Per Person:
$995 Double;
$1195 Single
